What do we do?
We carry out building works for houses in multiple occupation: conversions, refurbishments, kitchens and bathrooms, fire safety, council licence works, electrics, sound and energy upgrades, lofts and extensions. We are a works contractor. We do not let, manage or source property, and we do not give legal, tax or investment advice.
How do we work?

- An itemised written quote, fixed once scope and specification are agreed.
- One point of contact and photo updates during the works.
- Certificates, drawings and photos at handover, ready for your licence file.
Who carries out the work?
Our site teams and trusted trades working under our management. Gas work is done by Gas Safe registered engineers, as the law requires, and electrical work by qualified electricians who certify their work.
What we will not claim
We do not publish reviews we cannot verify, star ratings, or accreditations and memberships we do not hold. Images on this site are computer-generated examples of the kind of work we do, not photos of completed projects; real job photos will be added as projects finish.
