1. First contact
Use the form, the guide-price tool, phone, WhatsApp or live chat. Tell us the number of rooms and storeys, what you want to achieve, and any deadlines. Send any council letter, licence conditions or fire risk assessment you have.
2. Free site visit
We measure every room, look at the escape route, kitchens, bathrooms, electrics and heating, and note anything the council is likely to ask about. We read the council’s published HMO standards for the address.
3. Written quote and programme
You get an itemised quote, a programme and a list of anything that needs a specialist, drawings or approvals. Once the scope and specification are agreed, the price is fixed in writing. Changes you ask for are priced before they are done.
4. The works
One point of contact, regular photo updates, and a tidy, safe site. Where tenants are in the house, the fire alarm and escape route are kept working throughout.
5. Handover
Electrical and fire alarm certificates, building control completion where it applies, door and alarm product details, drawings and a photo record of hidden work such as fire stopping, in one pack for your licence file.
